Oh My Goff

Had to go to a funeral today for a good friend of mine’s dad. He passed away in his sleep at age 49, very sad and unexpected. It was a real tear jerker, and it was sad to see their family so distraught.

Well, yes it’s been awhile since I posted, i tried posting earlier but somehow the date went back to 2000 instead of 2001. Anyway, I’m doing a lot better now, building my immune system back up and exercising, etc. I am hoping to do some hiking soon and go out rowing and yes, i’ll be posting more often again
